Arts in Health Training

Pauline has a successful track record of delivering training programmes for both artists and for carers and health staff wishing to deliver creative arts workshops in health settings.

 

She has written an introductory arts in health training programme, accredited by Agored Cymru (formerly NWOCN) which she led the delivery of in North Wales between 1998 and 2013 when she passed on the programme leader role in order to move to Cardiff.

 

She has delivered several one off training days for Gwynedd Council and for Haul ‘Arts in Health’ Aberystwyth: the latter focusing on using creative activities with older people with dementia.

 

Pauline has also delivered successful staff training projects for Gwynedd Council called, “Creativity Now!” in residential care homes for older people; including those with dementia.

 

Singing Leaders’ Training

Pauline has led many one-off training sessions for singing leaders and currently co-leads the annual NVN “Carry it On” singing leaders’ training/professional development with Frankie Armstrong and Rowena Whitehead. Next one in 2019.

She also has experience of both mentoring and supervising singing leaders.
